Slow Studio serves up chill creative vibes to relax/quarantine to
It's no secret the vibes have been off this year. While Oklahoma Contemporary has celebrated major milestones like opening a breathtaking new facility, debuting dazzling inaugural exhibitions and connecting the community with bold new digital and socially distanced, outdoor in-person programs, we're not immune to the stress and cabin fever as our community continues to combat COVID-19.
With the holidays fast ahead during a year that won't slow down, now seems like the perfect time to step back and work on our chill. That's why we're bringing you a week of Slow TV with Studio School instructors, working on projects from ceramics to stop-motion animation, to help you unwind as "the new normal" stretches on into a new year.
Join us Dec. 26-30 for Slow Studio -- no workshop, no pressure, just vibes -- as Studio School instructors create live and in real time
Wrap up the year with us with Slow Studio, 3-4 p.m. each day Dec. 26-30, on YouTube and Facebook: Watch Studio School instructors create live and in real time — no workshop, no pressure, just vibes. Tune in, zone out or just let it play in the background while you get some of your own work done. We've got the full schedule below, followed by past installments from Oklahoma Contemporary's Slow TV series, so you can keep the chill vibes going throughout the rest of the year.
