Salvador Ontiveros is responsible for providing broad vision and leadership in all aspects of financial planning and management, including budget preparation, monitoring and reporting, audit support, preparation of financial statements and forecasts. Salvador also oversees infrastructure and facilities, IT and human resources.
Salvador has a decade of experience in financial leadership roles at federally funded nonprofit organizations. He’s also explored financial, sales and property management industries. Salvador opened and ran a restaurant (Chava’s Fruit Waters Y Tacos) in 2012 and operated an accounting consulting business (BizLo LLC) in 2015.
He is the proud member of the Leadership OKC L.O.Y.A.L. Class XIV. Community involvement and service have been a passion for Salvador since high school. He served in leadership roles for various organizations during his youth while earning countless community service hours. Professionally, he has co-managed fundraisers for nonprofits and spearheaded efforts to sponsor Head Start classrooms in OKC.
Salvador earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University, where he was a recipient of the inaugural Clara Luper Scholarship.
He enjoys exploring the city with his wife, Jennifer, and coaching his three sons, Salvador III, Antonio Miguel and Ruben Jesus, in a variety of sports.
