Salvador Ontiveros brings a broad range of experience to Oklahoma Contemporary, specifically in nonprofit management.
Though nonprofit management and community service have always been a passion, Salvador has also explored financial, sales and property management industries.
Before joining us in June of 2016, Salvador had a decade of financial leadership roles at multiple federally funded nonprofit organizations.
He also opened and ran a restaurant (Chava’s Fruit Waters Y Tacos) in 2012 and operated an accounting consulting business (BizLo LLC) in 2015.
Salvador is a graduate of Oklahoma City University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and was a recipient of the inaugural Clara Luper Scholarship. He returned to Oklahoma City University to earn his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Meinders School of Business.
Salvador enjoys dining out and exploring the city with his wife, Jennifer, and coaching his three sons, Salvador III, Antonio Miguel and Ruben Jesus, in a variety of sports.
